Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager, responsible for growing our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans, focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will build lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service, using Salesforce CRM to track performance and customer interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitor activities, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms that meet customer needs while maximizing profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure seamless project execution, along with maintaining accurate sales records and meeting performance goals through effective time management in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Sales Growth & Prospecting:

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%). Pipeline Management:

Maintain and grow a sales pipeline by identifying prospects, market segments, and industries, and converting leads into high-value projects. Customer Relationships:

Build long-term partnerships by understanding customer needs, recommending solutions, and providing exceptional service. Use Salesforce CRM to manage relationships. Market & Product Analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, conducting research to identify growth opportunities and provide insights to management. Consultative Selling:

Use a consultative approach to offer competitive pricing and value-based solutions, preparing accurate quotes and negotiating terms. Performance Reporting:

Use CRM to track sales performance and generate reports, monitoring key metrics to ensure goals are met. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with operations and support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and provide leadership when needed.

Skills & Experience:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience with 1+ year outbound prospecting or sales experience. Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; role based in the branch with ~80% outbound cold-calling. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Teams and Zoom. Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles. Leasing experience is a plus but not required. A consultative, solution-selling approach is advantageous.
