Role 2: Delivering specialized education to high school students aged 15-19 within a Multiple Agency or Intermediate School District (MAISD) setting, addressing complex academic and behavioral goals. Developing individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for students. Maintaining accurate records and participating in regular progress assessments. Engaging families and caregivers to support student development and success. Qualifications: Valid Special Education teaching certification with experience in early childhood and secondary special education. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students aged 0-19 in inclusive and specialized settings. Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple caseloads. Knowledge of state and federal special education regulations and best practices.
