Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade, addressing a range of mild to severe disabilities. Manage a caseload of approximately 76 students across six schools, with the majority of services focused on three schools, including two located on the same campus. Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students unique needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students with diagnoses such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Developmental Delay, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly to maximize functional and educational outcomes. Qualifications and Experience: Valid Occupational Therapy license with experience in school-based settings. Knowledge of evidence-based practices for working with children diagnosed with ASD, Developmental Delay, and other related impairments. Ability to manage a large caseload and coordinate services across multiple school sites. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with school staff and families. Flexibility and adaptability to cover maternity leave assignment with variable weekly hours between 37.5 and 40.
