Virtual Student Support Excellence
Our established virtual psychology team is expanding to include dedicated school psychologists passionate about supporting student mental health through innovative remote service delivery. This position combines clinical expertise with educational consultation, enabling experienced professionals to provide crucial psychological services while maintaining work-life balance.

Provide psychological services to approximately 45-55 students spanning elementary through high school populations, working 35-37.5 hours weekly through our secure virtual platform. Deliver comprehensive assessments, therapeutic interventions, and collaborative consultation while addressing diverse student psychological and educational needs. Primary Duties
Administer comprehensive psychological batteries using validated virtual assessment methods Provide evidence-based individual therapy addressing emotional, behavioral, and academic concerns Conduct psychoeducational groups targeting social skills, emotional regulation, and stress management Consult with educational staff regarding classroom mental health strategies and interventions Develop individualized intervention plans targeting specific psychological and behavioral objectives Facilitate virtual meetings with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary support teams Maintain detailed clinical documentation and progress monitoring for all psychological services Clinical Specialization Areas
Work with students presenting various psychological presentations including learning differences, emotional disorders, ADHD, anxiety and mood disorders, behavioral concerns, trauma histories, and developmental challenges. Required Credentials: Graduate degree in School Psychology from regionally accredited, NASP-approved institution Current Kentucky school psychologist licensure with active status School-based psychology practice experience minimum 2 years Demonstrated competency in psychological assessment, intervention, and educational consultation Understanding of special education processes, mental health service delivery, and crisis management Virtual Practice Infrastructure: Stable broadband internet supporting high-definition video sessions and secure data transmission Confidential workspace meeting privacy standards for psychological and therapeutic services Professional audio-visual equipment ensuring optimal therapeutic communication quality Computer system compatible with virtual assessment platforms and telepsychology software Clinical Excellence Expectations
