Support 40-50 students weekly across grades kindergarten through 12th grade, working 35-37.5 hours per week through our sophisticated virtual service platform. Provide psychological assessments, counseling interventions, crisis support, and educational consultation while collaborating with teams to optimize student mental health and academic outcomes. Essential Functions

Execute comprehensive psychological evaluations using standardized virtual protocols and assessment tools Deliver individual counseling addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and adjustment issues Facilitate group interventions focusing on social-emotional development and therapeutic skill building Provide consultation to educators regarding classroom mental health support and behavioral strategies Develop and implement comprehensive intervention plans targeting psychological and educational goals Participate in virtual special education meetings, IEP development, and educational planning processes Offer crisis intervention services including suicide assessment, safety planning, and emergency support Diverse Clinical Experience

Our program serves students with learning disabilities, emotional disturbances, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, anxiety and mood disorders, behavioral concerns, and complex trauma presentations. Mandatory Qualifications: Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology from NASP-accredited program Active Nevada state licensure for school psychology practice Educational psychology experience minimum 2 years in school-based settings Proficiency in psychological assessment, therapeutic intervention, and educational consultation Knowledge of crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and mental health service coordination Technology and Workspace Requirements: High-speed internet connectivity ensuring consistent video quality for therapy and assessment sessions Private, professional workspace suitable for confidential psychological services and documentation Quality webcam and headset equipment for effective therapeutic communication and rapport building Computer meeting minimum system requirements for virtual psychology platforms and assessment software Evidence-Based Practice Commitment
