Qualifications: Minimum of 3.5 on the Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment (EIPA) or certification from the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID). Ability to obtain or possess required clearances, prioritized if already completed:
ACT 168 Form (valid for 5 years) ACT 126 Form (Mandated Reporter, valid for 5 years) PA Child Abuse Clearance Form (valid for 5 years) PA Fingerprints (ACT 114; candidate must submit results; valid for 5 years) TB test PATCH background check (requires payment; valid for 1 year) Arrest and Conviction Report (valid for 5 years)
Location: Bethlehem area, partnering with a local high school. Compensation: $68 per hour. This position offers a vital role in supporting educational access and communication for students.
