We are looking for a part time detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis. Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound calls efficiently while maintaining a detail-oriented demeanor.

• Input data accurately using Excel and other software tools.

• Process invoices and manage using QuickBooks, no prior experience required.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.

• Prioritize and multitask daily responsibilities to ensure smooth office operations.

• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals.

• Maintain organized records and documentation for administrative tasks.

• Assist with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and handling correspondence.

• Uphold an experienced and detail-oriented attitude in all interactions.

• Proven experience in administrative support or a related role.

• Proficiency in Excel and for data entry and financial tasks.

• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on communication and problem-solving.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Previous experience with answering inbound calls and receptionist duties.
