We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting daily operations by performing a variety of administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism. Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing them to the appropriate department.
• Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date records.
• Provide receptionist duties, including welcoming visitors and maintaining a friendly office environment.
• Support office operations by organizing files, scheduling appointments, and maintaining supplies.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and manage spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations, ensuring timely completion and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve administrative challenges and streamline processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to organizational policies.
• Ensure timely communication and coordination between departments to facilitate seamless operations
• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role.• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with receptionist duties, including managing visitors and maintaining office decorum.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheet creation and data analysis.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
