Administrative Assistant

In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting daily operations by performing a variety of administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism. Responsibilities: Manage incoming calls with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing them to the appropriate department. Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date records. Provide receptionist duties, including welcoming visitors and maintaining a friendly office environment. Support office operations by organizing files, scheduling appointments, and maintaining supplies. Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and manage spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations, ensuring timely completion and attention to detail. Collaborate with team members to resolve administrative challenges and streamline processes. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to organizational policies. Ensure timely communication and coordination between departments to facilitate seamless operations. Requirements: Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role. Proficiency in answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with receptionist duties, including managing visitors and maintaining office decorum. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheet creation and data analysis. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
