Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic M365 Support Technician to join our team, specializing in SharePoint. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with a positive attitude, eager to take initiative and solve problems efficiently. This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to end-users and teams leveraging Microsoft 365 tools, with a strong emphasis on SharePoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for SharePoint and related M365 services.
- Assist users with site creation, permissions management, document libraries, and workflows.
- Troubleshoot SharePoint issues including access, performance, and integration problems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize SharePoint usage and implement best practices.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles.
- Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates and proactively suggest improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to learning and task ownership.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
