Position Summary : The Senior Accountant is responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP and company policies. This role ensures the integrity of financial reporting and supports month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Key Responsibilities : Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
Manage general ledger accounts, reconciliations, and journal entries.
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and ensure proper reporting.
Support external audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and responding to auditor inquiries.
Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting processes and internal controls.
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
3+ years of accounting experience, preferably with financial statement preparation.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, accounting principles, and internal controls.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills.
