Sharpcontra is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our Boston office. This role is essential in maintaining a welcoming environment and providing exceptional front-desk and administrative support. Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a courteous and positive attitude Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner Maintain a clean and organized reception area Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings Assist with general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and handling inquiries Provide support to various departments as needed Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Professional appearance and demeanor Additional Information
