Job Description
Administrative Assistant Automation Personnel Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Administrative Assistant
to work for the owner of a company based in Alabaster, AL. The ideal candidate will possess a Business degree, strong computer skills, and experience with spreadsheets. They will also have dictation ability, knowledge of science, and be proficient in creating quotes and putting together contract offers based on information provided by the owner.
Pay Rate $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 8 00 am until 4 30 pm.
Administrative Assistant-
Duties and Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the owner, including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence. Utilize strong computer skills to create and manage spreadsheets, documents, and presentations. Perform dictation tasks accurately and efficiently. Apply knowledge of science to assist with relevant tasks and projects. Create quotes and compile contract offers based on information provided by the owner. Maintain organized records and files. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed. Administrative Assistant-

Skills:
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with spreadsheets and data management. Excellent dictation ability. Knowledge of science and its applications, willingness to learn about business. Ability to create quotes and compile contract offers. Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and accuracy.
