We are seeking a
Customer Service Representative
to provide exceptional support and service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role requires a balance of professionalism, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal communication. The Customer Service Representative will serve as a liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders, helping to resolve issues efficiently while upholding high standards of service and accuracy. Key Responsibilities
Exercise sound judgment and discretion while interacting with both internal teams and external clients. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and other departments to find appropriate solutions to customer inquiries. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using internal protocols and resources. Resolve customer issues by clarifying the concern, identifying the cause, and determining the best solution. Process customer account adjustments with attention to accuracy and detail. Maintain and update department spreadsheets with all incoming orders. Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate lead or supervisor for resolution. Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. At least 6 months of experience in a customer service or client relations environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Active listening skills and a professional, empathetic approach to customer interaction. Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. Proficient in Salesforce, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), and Microsoft Office Suite. Work Environment
