Overview

We are looking for a remote Administrative Assistant for a top media company working PST hours. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the company's CEO, leadership team, and company-wide operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll play a critical role in supporting leadership, coordinating company events, and ensuring a seamless employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CEO and leadership team, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules, communications, and priorities.
  • Facilitate executive and company-wide meetings and events, driving alignment across stakeholders and supporting effective information flow.
  • Lead the planning and execution of key organizational initiatives and cultural programs that strengthen employee engagement and leadership visibility.
  • Manage internal resources, systems, and processes to optimize workplace operations and ensure smooth day-to-day business functioning.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Confluence, and Workday Expenses system
  • A proactive, resourceful mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Bonus: experience with event coordination, recruiting support, or internal communications
