Base pay

$15.00/hr - $18.00/hr

What you will do

• Clean customers\' homes according to Molly Maid standards and use our proven process to delight customers.
• Communicate with customers and teammates in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• If serving as a team lead (driving your vehicle): manage the team\'s schedule and drive safely; maintain equipment and ensure the car is loaded with supplies.
• Take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the team has the proper supplies for each job.

Job requirements

• Minimum requirements: Legally authorized to work in the United States; complete a background check; physically able to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and perform housekeeping tasks.
• Available Monday through Friday during the day, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
• Excellent communication with clients; ability to work as part of a team; willingness to perform physical cleaning tasks and follow established processes.
• You may be eligible for advancement opportunities within the company; the franchise owner is the employer.
