Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $22.00/hr

What you’ll do

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards and proven processes
• Follow the company process to delight each customer; communicate in a friendly, professional manner
• Assist customers and team with a positive attitude; team members may lead driving a vehicle and managing the team's schedule
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure the housekeeper supplies are loaded in the vehicle

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Complete a background check
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
• Available Monday through Friday during the day, 7am to 4pm
• Bilingual preferred

Benefits & Compensation

• Guaranteed minimum wage of $15.00 per hour with potential to earn up to $800 per week, paid weekly
• Paid time off up to 10 days per year
• Earn one day of sick time off for every 8 weeks worked
