Facilitate the implementation and adherence to Agile methodologies within the team Guide the team through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies Remove obstacles and blockers that hinder the team's progress Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, managing expectations and providing updates Continuously assess and improve team processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of product and/or business analyst experience Strong understanding of Agile methodologies Ability to foster effective communication and collaboration among team members Experience in coaching and mentoring team members on Agile principles and practices Proven analytical skills to identify and address obstacles Preferred Qualifications
