Facilitate the implementation and adherence to Agile methodologies within the team Guide the team through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies Remove obstacles and blockers that hinder the team's progress Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, managing expectations and providing updates What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of product and/or business analyst experience Proven ability to coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices Strong analytical skills to identify and address obstacles Effective decision-making and conflict resolution skills Commitment to promoting a culture of continuous improvement and learning How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
