Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and help customers choose sustainable food and drinks.
• Address customer concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay informed about products and sustainability to offer accurate advice.
• Stock and organize products, ensuring proper labeling and display.
• Assist with inventory management, including checking expiration dates and restocking.
• Create and maintain appealing product displays for sustainable and seasonal items.
• Keep the store clean and organized for a better shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer service (experience in the food, beverage, or sustainability sectors is a plus but not required).
• Cashiering experience is a bonus
• Strong interest in sustainability, organic food, and eco-friendly practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
