Location: Raynham, MA Job Title: Construction Assistant Project Manager Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for construction? We're looking for a Construction Assistant Project Manager to be the operational backbone of our projects. In this role, you will be crucial in managing documentation, coordinating resources, and ensuring smooth communication between all stakeholders. As a Construction Assistant Project Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate project records, tracking schedules, and supporting daily field operations. You will ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget by coordinating with project teams, vendors, and clients. Your strong organizational skills will be vital to keeping all project elements running seamlessly. Responsibilities and Expectations: Ensure all foremen and field technicians accurately submit and code their time for payroll.

Assist in maintaining communication with General Contractors, clients, and project stakeholders.

Prepare, compile, and track submittals for approval.

Order and coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to meet project schedules.

Maintain organized project files, including contracts, change orders, and submittals.

Update and monitor project schedules in coordination with the Project Manager.

Assist in gathering documentation and pricing for change orders.

Support field teams by relaying information and addressing project needs.

Attend project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Assist with project closeout documentation, warranty submissions, and final invoicing.

Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in construction project coordination or management support.

Strong understanding of construction processes, documentation, and scheduling.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with construction software (e.g., Intacct, ServiceTitan) is a plus.

Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

The compensation for this position is expected to range between $65,000 - $75,000 per year. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
