SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) IT Business Analyst Location:
Boston, MA (Hybrid – 2–3 Days Onsite) Contract Type:
12-Month W2 Contract Pay Rate:
$80–$90/hr W2 (based on experience) A leading commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company in Boston is seeking an experienced
SAP OTC IT Business Analyst
to support a major
ERP transformation
from NetSuite to
SAP S/4HANA . This individual will play a key role in ensuring business continuity and system integrity throughout the migration process. Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on support and enhancement of SAP OTC processes, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting Collaborate with functional teams including Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Market Access, and IT Support post-go-live activities, issue resolution, and user training Partner with system integrators on implementation, testing, and cutover planning Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) where applicable Develop process documentation, test scripts, and configuration guides Requirements:
5+ years of experience as an
SAP SD/OTC Business Systems Analyst Deep knowledge of OTC processes: order management, billing, pricing, rebates, inventory, GTN, and 3PL/CMO operations Strong
SAP S/4HANA
OTC experience; familiarity with Finance and Supply Chain integration points Experience with ERP migration projects (NetSuite to SAP preferred) Background in life sciences or regulated industries a plus Excellent documentation, testing, and troubleshooting skills Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Must be available to work onsite in
Boston, MA
2–3 days per week Additional Information:
