We are seeking an experienced

SAP Finance & Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Analyst

to join a leading biopharmaceutical organization undergoing an ERP transformation from NetSuite to SAP S/4HANA. This is a critical role supporting the configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP P2P functionality, ensuring seamless process integration and system performance throughout the transition. You’ll work cross-functionally to align procurement, finance, and supply chain operations with the new SAP architecture. Key Responsibilities

Configure and enhance SAP S/4HANA Procure-to-Pay (P2P) modules and related finance workflows. Collaborate with stakeholders and integrators to ensure end-to-end business process alignment. Execute comprehensive testing, troubleshooting, and validation across procurement and payment processes. Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement input. Ensure proper integration between finance, inventory, and 3PL/CMO processes. Contribute to system documentation and knowledge transfer for business users. Assist in ERP migration efforts from NetSuite to SAP S/4HANA. Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in SAP MM/P2P modules. Strong SAP S/4HANA experience, especially in P2P with cross-functional awareness in finance and supply chain. Previous involvement in SAP implementation projects, including collaboration with system integrators. Working knowledge of inventory and procurement workflows, including interactions with 3PLs and CMOs. Process modeling and system configuration expertise. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across teams. Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting ERP migrations from NetSuite to SAP S/4HANA. Familiarity with life sciences industry compliance, including GxP and 21 CFR Part 11. Strong focus on continuous improvement and proactive issue resolution. Additional Details
