We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Westchester, Illinois. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and with attention to detail to a high volume of inbound customer calls.

• Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints with empathy and efficiency.

• Provide precise information about products, services, policies, and procedures.

• Record all customer interactions and updates within the company's designated system.

• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments as needed.

• Strive to meet or exceed daily performance metrics, including call volume, response times, and customer satisfaction scores.

• Maintain a courteous, detail-oriented, and positive demeanor while interacting with customers.

• Adapt to varying schedules and call volumes in a dynamic environment.


The salary range for this position is $18/hr to $18/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
• At least one year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
• Proven ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with customer service software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Capacity to excel in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
