Key Responsibilities: Provide targeted instructional support as a Resource Room teacher for students with Autism, fostering a supportive and structured learning environment. Assist as an Upper School teacher working with students who have intellectual impairments in a substantially separate classroom setting, tailoring approaches to individual learning goals. Collaborate with other Resource Room teachers to develop and implement educational plans that accommodate each students unique abilities and challenges. Support classroom management and deliver personalized assistance to enable student engagement and academic progress. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with fellow educators and support staff to ensure continuity of care and instruction. Desired Qualifications: Experience working with students with Autism and intellectual impairments. Strong understanding of instructional strategies tailored to special education populations. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills. Prior experience as a Paraprofessional or related educational role is preferred.
