Responsibilities include: Providing instructional support in Resource Rooms, focusing on students with autism and intellectual impairments Assisting upper school students in substantially separate classrooms to enhance individualized learning Collaborating with teachers and staff to implement educational plans tailored to each students unique needs Monitoring student progress and adapting strategies to foster academic and social development Maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student engagement Desired qualifications: Experience working with children and adolescents, especially those with autism or intellectual impairments Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educators and families Ability to implement instructional modifications and behavioral supports Patience, empathy, and dedication to supporting students growth Previous paraprofessional or resource room teaching experience preferred Location: Methuen, Massachusetts (K-12 School Setting) This role provides a meaningful chance to contribute directly to students educational journeys, supporting their development within specialized learning environments.
