Support Upper School teachers working with students with intellectual impairments in a substantially separate classroom setting. Collaborate with educators to implement educational plans and behavioral strategies. Facilitate communication and learning activities that promote social, emotional, and academic development. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff. Desired Qualifications: Experience supporting students with Autism and intellectual disabilities. Knowledge of adaptive learning strategies and behavior management techniques. Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population. Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
