Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs Adapt instructional materials and teaching strategies to accommodate students abilities Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to foster an inclusive learning environment Monitor student progress and maintain detailed records of educational and behavioral data Attend meetings related to student IEPs and provide input on accommodations and modifications Qualifications: Valid Special Education teaching certification Experience working with K-12 students in special education settings Strong knowledge of IEP development and compliance with state and federal regulations Ability to design and implement differentiated instruction and behavioral interventions Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and families Location:This position is located in Maplewood, New Jersey, serving a diverse student population within a K-12 educational setting.
