We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Liaison to act as the bridge between our customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle client concerns with clarity and professionalism. You will be responsible for maintaining long-lasting relationships by delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, updates, and feedback

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution

  • Track and follow up on customer requests and concerns

  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and outcomes

  • Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive support

  • Identify process improvement opportunities based on customer insights

  • Ensure compliance with service protocols and quality standards

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software tools

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
