We are seeking a visionary and analytics-minded

Senior Director, Brand & Integrated Marketing

to join a global retail company headquartered in

Alexandria, VA . This hybrid position requires being onsite at least two days per week.

In this role, you will be a senior leader within the marketing team, responsible for shaping the brand's long-term strategy and guiding the execution of fully integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This position demands a strategic leader with a proven history of managing creative and cross-functional teams, delivering high-impact campaigns, and achieving measurable business results. Partnering with other executives, you will ensure the brand remains strong and competitive as the company expands into both established and emerging markets.

Senior Director, Brand & Integrated Marketing Responsibilities: Establish and communicate the organization's brand vision, positioning, and narrative to maintain a unified identity and voice across all customer touchpoints. Convert business priorities into comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, attract new customers, foster loyalty, and support franchisee growth. Build, lead, and develop a diverse creative and marketing team while promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and performance. Collaborate closely with Operations, Franchise Development, Innovation, and Digital teams to align marketing efforts with overall company objectives. Ensure flawless execution of integrated campaigns across digital, social, traditional media, in-store experiences, and community outreach. Oversee relationships with agencies and external partners to deliver best-in-class creative work while maintaining budget efficiency. Leverage market research, consumer insights, and analytics to guide strategies and evaluate campaign effectiveness. Partner with franchise owners to deliver brand-consistent marketing resources, playbooks, and guidance to help drive their local success. Monitor cultural shifts and emerging media trends to keep the brand positioned as an industry leader. Senior Director, Brand & Integrated Marketing Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline (MBA preferred). 10+ years of progressive experience in brand management and integrated marketing, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity. Demonstrated success leading creative and marketing teams that produce impactful, award-winning integrated campaigns. Background in multi-unit retail, restaurant, hospitality, or franchise environments strongly preferred. Deep knowledge of brand building, consumer marketing, and performance-focused strategies. Skilled at balancing creative vision with strategic thinking and data-driven decision making. Outstanding leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
