About the Role
We are seeking a
Patient Care Coordinator
to join a leading healthcare organization in Seattle. In this role, you'll provide front-line support to patients and staff, ensuring a smooth and professional care experience. This is an
onsite
position, Monday through Friday, within the hours of
7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
(8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch).
What You'll Do
Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and directing patients appropriately Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and record maintenance Support coordination of insurance and healthcare-related inquiries Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient care experience What We're Looking For
Required:
2+ years of customer service experience (healthcare or non-healthcare settings) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Preferred:
Prior experience in a healthcare setting Knowledge of insurance processes Demonstrated ability to deliver empathetic and professional service Additional Details
Contract Type:
3 months, with the potential to convert to a permanent role Compensation:
$22-$24 per hour, based on experience Dress Code:
