Position Overview

A leading financial services firm is seeking a professional and customer-focused

Receptionist

to support its busy advisory office in Midvale, UT. This role requires excellent phone etiquette, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities Answer and route incoming phone calls, greet clients and visitors with a professional demeanor. Manage office and kitchen supplies, ensuring inventory is maintained. Support client contact needs and coordinate scheduling as required. Assist with meetings, conferences, and office events. Perform administrative tasks including typing, filing, sorting mail, and handling correspondence. Support financial record-keeping and other assigned projects. Maintain a clean and professional office environment. Qualifications

1-2 years of administrative or receptionist experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in

Microsoft Office Suite

(Word, Excel, Outlook). Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Professional appearance and demeanor required. Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail. Why Join
