Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to join our team during night hours. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking shipments from shipper to receiver, maintaining clear and timely communication with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and track shipments throughout the delivery process Communicate shipment updates and resolve issues with customers and carriers Update Customer Representatives on the status of assigned shipments Manage OSD (Over, Short, Damaged) processes by collecting necessary information and photos to support disposition Answer brokerage line calls related to load updates from carriers Work Schedule:
Monday: Off Tuesday: Off Wednesday: 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM Thursday: 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM Friday: 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM Saturday: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM Sunday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
