What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Act as the escalation point for high-priority support issues and serve as a subject matter expert for custom applications
  • Monitor the team's open backlog of support issues, re-assigning as necessary to meet service level agreements
  • Manage expectations at all levels, including customers, stakeholders, and program leadership
  • Develop system usage materials, reports, and guidelines on system use and services
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to recommend changes based on diagnostics

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • 5 years of experience in an IT field of specialty
  • 2 years of experience in a lead role
  • 2 years of experience using Salesforce Customer Relationship Management
  • 2 years of experience using ServiceNow Customer Service Management
  • Strong organization and communication skills, both written and spoken

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience in a technology services environment
  • Familiarity with project consulting services
