Role: Campaign Operations Specialist Duration: 6 Months Location: Remote

The opportunity: As the Campaign Operations Specialist, you will Interact directly with marketing stakeholders to identify new marketing opportunities, execute multi-channel programs, track marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions as well as provide further support to the sales and marketing organizations. You will work individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completion. You will enable operational capabilities and processes needed to execute integrated marketing programs that drive engagement and generate pipeline growth.

Job responsibilities- • Deliver on revenue targets through the development, management, execution and optimization of Marketo programs, assets, workflows and triggers • Empower stakeholders to meet their revenue targets through deep collaboration, strategic consultation and insights generation • Consult stakeholders on audience strategy, message and content alignment, segmentation, privacy, and data governance across paid and owned channels • Responsible for adhering to and communicating automation best practices including email formatting, list management, optimization, data quality, hygiene and troubleshooting • Ensure delivery of best-in-class communications, with a strong eye for user experience, user journey and product alignment • Ensure flawless execution of programs for all marketing assets such as emails, landing pages, and automation workflows • Partner with MarTech to optimize lead generation engine • Partner with Reporting & Analytics for actionable business insights • Lead campaign intake/management and ownership of QA process/governance • Track weekly project capacity, velocity and accuracy • Provide day-to-day operational administration

Must to have: • BA/BS in marketing • Marketo certified • 6+ years marketing or operations experience • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with Marketing, Web, Data, Sales and IT to drive results and lead adoption through collaboration within cross functional teams • Deep technical knowledge of Marketing Automation (Marketo Certified Expert preferred) and CRM tools to execute, troubleshoot and track demand gen campaigns • Possess best practices insights regarding email campaigns, nurtures, list management, data quality, optimization, privacy, etc. • Experience building, executing, and tracking multi-channel (organic and paid) marketing programs • Extreme ownership of results and projects, as an individual and a team unit • Data-driven mindset and practice with a desire to learn and grow • Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills • Exceptional ability to manage deadlines and priorities
