Manager, IT Procurement

to lead strategic sourcing, category management, and contract governance across multiple IT spend categories. This role is a critical business partner, driving efficiency, cost savings, supplier performance, and client satisfaction while leading a team of sourcing professionals. This is a

hybrid role , requiring regular presence in our

Oakland office

based on business needs. What You’ll Do Develop and execute

portfolio and category strategies

that generate cost savings, enhance supplier diversity, and reduce total cost of ownership. Lead the

governance of contract approval processes , from creation through award. Manage

contract spend across multiple IT categories , approving purchase orders and contracts ranging from

$500K to $10M . Oversee

cross-functional sourcing initiatives

and negotiations that deliver measurable business value. Establish

supplier performance metrics

and service level agreements. Drive

continuous improvement

and strengthen supplier partnerships. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sourcing Supervisors, Category Leaders, and Specialists. What We’re Looking For Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 8+ years

of sourcing, category management, or related industry experience. Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and negotiation expertise. Desired Qualifications MBA or advanced degree. 2–3 years supervisory experience. Utility industry or large enterprise procurement background. Procurement transformation and category management experience. SAP/SRM proficiency. Project management skills.

This role also participates in

discretionary incentive compensation programs . Reporting Relationship This position reports directly to the
