Job Title: Accountant

Location: Onsite in Watertown

Base pay

$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Monitor and record daily expenses, purchases, and cash activity
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger
• Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting
• Support preparation and filing of sales and use tax returns
• Scan checks, manage vendor communications, and ensure timely processing of transactions
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve accounting workflows and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
• 2–5 years of general accounting experience (including AP, AR, and GL)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• QuickBooks experience is required
