Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Job Title: Staff Accountant

Salary: $65K–$75K

Location: Portland, OR (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger reconciliations and support month-end close activities
• Prepare journal entries, financial reports, and supporting schedules
• Assist with AP/AR and ensure accurate coding of transactions
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Collaborate with department leaders to ensure accurate and timely reporting

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general ledger accounting experience
• Nonprofit accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
