The Opportunity We are seeking a transformational
CFO / Vice President of Finance
to join a dynamic manufacturing organization at a pivotal moment in its evolution. This executive will partner directly with the President to drive financial strategy and operational excellence across a multi-site manufacturing platform.

Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Finance Leadership: Lead financial operations across 7+ active manufacturing plants and distribution centers; Partner with operations leadership on cost optimization and efficiency initiatives; Develop manufacturing-specific KPIs and performance metrics
Strategic Business Partnership: Collaborate with executive team on long-term strategic planning; Evaluate expansion opportunities and growth initiatives; Provide financial leadership for facility optimization; Lead investment analysis and due diligence
Organizational Development: Mentor and develop finance team with succession planning focus; Build robust financial reporting systems and processes; Contribute to culture of continuous improvement
Growth & Transformation: Navigate company toward break-even EBITDA targets; Implement cost control measures while supporting growth investments; Optimize working capital and cash flow management; Drive operational efficiency across manufacturing footprint
Ideal Candidate Profile Required Qualifications
12+ years
progressive finance experience
5+ years
in senior manufacturing finance roles
Deep understanding of manufacturing cost accounting and capital allocation
Executive presence with ability to contribute at highest strategic levels
Proven track record building and leading finance teams
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or CPA designation
Experience with Oracle, Qlik, and Microsoft financial platforms
Background in facility optimization and capital project management
Manufacturing industry experience preferred
