You’ll play a critical role in supporting acquisitions, lease accounting, and financial reporting, helping drive the continued growth and success of the company. Base compensation : Up to $150,000 per year plus bonus. This range is provided by ProPivotal Staffing. Why You’ll Love This Job: 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance Strong 401(k) company match and generous PTO package Opportunity to gain real estate industry exposure while leading reporting functions Work with a supportive, collaborative team that values growth and technical expertise Key Responsibilities: Manage SEC filings (Forms 10-Q and 10-K) including preparation, review, and tie-out Review lease accounting agreements for GAAP compliance and support acquisitions (ASC 805) Partner with internal teams on capitalization, depreciation, and revenue recognition Prepare non-GAAP reports, quarterly supplements, and earnings materials Oversee XBRL tagging and disclosures to ensure accuracy Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 4 – 6 years of public accounting or real estate accounting industry experience Experience with SEC reporting and filing Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Preferred: Big 4 public accounting experience CPA designation (completed or in progress) Prior supervisory or management experience There are no costs for candidates utilizing our services.
