Overview Manager of Financial Reporting - Up to $150,000 + Bonus

We’re hiring a Manager of Financial Reporting for a leading nationwide real estate investment trust (REIT). This role oversees external reporting, supervises one direct report, and ensures compliance with GAAP and SEC requirements. You’ll play a critical role in supporting acquisitions, lease accounting, and financial reporting, helping drive the continued growth and success of the company. Why You’ll Love This Job

Manage SEC filings (Forms 10-Q and 10-K) including preparation, review, and tie-out Review lease accounting agreements for GAAP compliance and support acquisitions (ASC 805) Partner with internal teams on capitalization, depreciation, and revenue recognition Prepare non-GAAP reports, quarterly supplements, and earnings materials Oversee XBRL tagging and disclosures to ensure accuracy Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 4 – 6 years of public accounting or real estate accounting industry experience Must have experience around SEC reporting and filing Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Preferred
