The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience advising clients on complex IP matters, including trademark, copyright, patent prosecution, IP litigation, and portfolio management. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative and challenging cases with a team of highly skilled attorneys. Responsibilities
Provide strategic IP advice across trademark, copyright, patent prosecution, IP litigation, and portfolio management. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and execute IP strategies. Manage complex IP matters and contribute to high-quality legal services. Benefits

10+ years of experience in intellectual property law, including litigation, portfolio management, and transactional work. Strong knowledge of trademark, copyright, and patent laws, including prosecution and enforcement. Proven track record of managing complex IP cases and providing strategic legal counsel. Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Portable book of business and strong client relationship management skills. Admission to the Florida Bar; a technical or scientific background is a plus for patent-related work. Compensation:
