Role Summary This position supports the Legal Commercial Dept and also provides support, as requested, for the Paralegals.

Primary Responsibilities ***** Prep, organize, and distribute aircraft delivery documents (pre & post) Assist in loan documents (mainly aircraft), including coordinating signatures Assist in miscellaneous aircraft side projects Coordinate International Aircraft Approvals Pay/renew aircraft registrations, Reserve N numbers, and pay/renew N numbers Renew Business Licenses Renew Liquor Licenses Iron Mountain liaison Assist in Records Management projects Assist in Patent and Trademark work Assist and track Bankruptcy work Backup/delegate for International Registry Track and Submit UCC Filings Track garnishments Focal for Workshare license Maintain Legal and RIM SharePoint (including Legal Forms from SCM) Reconcile P-Card Monthly for the group and paralegals

The ideal candidate will oversee the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From scheduling client meetings to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally Provide office guests with a hospitable experience Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities Interact with IT, phone, and building personnel as needed

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
