Position Information: Troubleshoot and repair defective industrial equipment to ensure optimal operation. Maintain, diagnose, and repair electrical control systems for industrial machinery. Assist maintenance personnel and contract integrators/engineers with equipment installation, troubleshooting, and repairs. Install, program, troubleshoot, and maintain AC and DC drives as well as motors. Troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) using maintenance software and laptop computers. Willingness to be on-call for emergency equipment repairs and provide support on preventative maintenance (PM) days. Lead teams to accomplish specific tasks or projects and foster effective teamwork. Understand and apply the National Electric Code (NEC) standards within an industrial environment.

Required Experience: 5+ years of electro-mechanical maintenance in industrial manufacturing environments. Skilled in troubleshooting PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens) and working with electrical systems up to 480V. Proficient with Rockwell, Lenze, Bosch, AB drives, Siemens S7 & S5 PLCs, and industrial/motor controls. Experienced with electrical tools, test instruments, ladder logic, and interpreting schematics and blueprints. High school diploma or equivalent, plus specialized training in logic controllers, electrical circuits, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
