Role Overview
As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from first contact to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking
- Conduct discovery calls and product demos with potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to align messaging and delivery
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Represent Telex at industry events and job fairs
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (staffing or services preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
