Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Piscataway, New Jersey

A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed for a maternity leave contract position in a K-12 school setting. The assignment will run from September 4, 2025, through November 10, 2025. The caseload will cover students from kindergarten through 12th grade, with additional details provided during the interview process. Key Responsibilities: Provide behavior analysis services to K-12 students to support educational and behavioral goals Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed Collect and analyze data to inform decision-making and treatment planning Maintain compliance with ethical standards and school policies Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Experience working with school-age children, preferably in a K-12 setting Strong skills in behavior assessment, intervention development, and data analysis Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to commit to the full contract period (September to November 2025) Location: Piscataway, New Jersey This role offers an opportunity to provide critical support during a temporary leave period in a dynamic school environment.
