Russell Tobin's client, a health insurance company, is currently seeking Remote – Bilingual Customer Service Representatives.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative (100% Remote) Full Time
Pay rate: $18 -$19/hr.

About the Role:
We’re seeking compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join a fast-paced, healthcare-related customer support team. This role focuses on scheduling medical appointments and assisting customers with empathy and accuracy, using workflow tools and specialized software.
Key Details:
- Training:
- 4 weeks of mandatory training, Monday to Friday, typically 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
- No time off allowed during training or the initial 90 days of employment.
- After training, a minimum of 3 weeks in “nesting” with the same schedule, possibly longer depending on progress.
- Schedule & Availability:
- 40 hours per week, scheduled between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST, Sunday through Saturday.
- Weekend shifts are common; limited availability for standard business hours shifts.
- Shift preferences will be collected but not guaranteed. 4/10 shifts are available for those interested.
- Strong candidates with limited availability within the 9 AM–9 PM window may be considered case-by-case.
- Work Environment:
- 100% telecommute.
- Personal device required for multi-factor authentication (cell phone or tablet).
Responsibilities:
- Deliver telephone customer service with a friendly and compassionate attitude.
- Schedule medical appointments using provided workflow tools and software (experience with EPIC is a plus).
- Accurately enter data and follow established workflows and procedures.
- Adhere strictly to scheduled working hours and participate as an engaged team member.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of telephone customer service experience.
- Scheduling medical appointments preferred (at least 1 year).
- Ability to follow workflow tools, directions, and schedules with precision.
- Friendly, compassionate demeanor with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally with medical scheduling background.
Additional Information:
- No professional license or certification required.
- This is a contract position with potential for contract-to-hire opportunities.
- Interviews will be conducted via video and consist of one round, with minimal technical complexity.
