Overview
Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a Customer Service Representative, 10+ Months Contract role for one of our Fortune 500 clients. Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid after training). Pay rate: $23.00-$25.00/hr on W2. This is a 10+ month contract with possible extension.

Responsibilities
- Provide high quality customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, requests, and problems.
- Research and resolve problems and errors; identify products and services that meet customer needs.
- Handle a high volume of inquiries with professional phone etiquette and multitasking abilities.
- Be quick to learn, resourceful in problem solving, and able to navigate errors to deliver timely resolutions.
- Respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related problems and errors efficiently.
- Provide clear guidance and support to customers navigating the new system.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous customer service and technical support experience is preferred.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
