We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our front office team and be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Responsibilities * Greet customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and courtesy. * Schedule repair appointments and manage the repair calendar. * Generate work order with proper documentation. * Communicate with insurance companies, adjusters, and vendors to ensure proper documentation. * Provide estimates and explain repair processes to customers in clear, simple terms. * Update customers throughout the repair process regarding status and timelines. * Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and payment processing. * Support the shop manager and technicians with customer communication and workflow coordination. Qualifications * Previous experience in customer service; auto body or automotive experience a plus. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with shop management software. * High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. * Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
