REQUIRED SKILLS • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). Excel - V-lookup experience • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work in a cohesive manner with cross functional depts. Excellent verbal and written skill sets.
POSITION SUMMARY This position plays a key role in supporting the operational and administrative functions of the Financial Planning Operations team. The associate will ensure timely and professional communication with advisors, maintain accurate records through data entry and quality control, and help sustain efficient day-to-day operations during peak periods or staff absences.
RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage the team's general email inbox (approximately 50 emails), ensuring prompt, professional, and accurate responses to advisor inquiries. • Escalate advisor requests to appropriate team members when needed. • Perform accurate data entry into internal systems. Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Office Suite programs. • Conduct quality control reviews to ensure data compliance with internal standards. • Maintain organized records and support team efficiency during high-volume periods.
